The “penny” loafer has come a long way from it’s start in Norway. What used to be a simple or vintage style shoe is making its way back with an edge. Either embellished or studded, you can dress them up or down, and they are a comfortable yet stylish addition to any outfit!
A prominent trend for this fall season is the “tuxedo pant” or trouser trend. I have seen so many takes on this trend, ranging from casual, to dressy, to street chic. I love the fact that there is another type of pant coming in other than jeans. Here are some ideas for ways to dress your trousers!

I recently got a promotion at my job and now that I am one of the managers, I have to start dressing business casual (since it was a student job, we don’t have uniforms or a specific dress code). Over the past few years I’ve really started to figure out which perfumes have been my favorites. I’ve made a list of which ones I love best, but I haven’t decided which one is my favorite. Here is my list so far:
1. Vera Wang Princess: I have always loved this scent, it’s playful, sweet, and fun. It smells delicious!
2. Coco Mademoiselle Chanel: This is an elegant, classy scent that makes one feel like they’re drowning in a mist of luxuriousness…Okay, maybe not drowning, but it definitely smells amazing!
3. Juicy Couture Viva La Juicy: My aunt got me this perfume a few years back and I fell in love with it. It is warm, elegant, and makes one feel as great as they look!
4. Refuge by Charlotte Russe: So I recently discovered this while shopping, and it is fresh and flirty. Not only is it just ten dollars, but it is great for those days where you need something quickly! I am so happy I came across this, it smells great.
5. Daisy by Marc Jacobs: This flowery perfume will make you feel spontaneous and lovely. A spritz of this will make you feel like you just got out of playing in a prairie of flowers. With a hint of violet, it is the perfect perfume for a sunny day. Heck, even the bottle’s happy.
6. NYC by Sarah Jessica Parker: Thank you to my cousin Parris for introducing this to me! I love how funky and fruity this perfume smells. It smells so good I could eat it.
